Distribution & Supply Chain

We’ve built an efficient, regionally integrated supply chain to deliver high-quality refined sugar across the Caribbean. Here’s how it works:

Sugarcane is carefully harvested right here in the Caribbean from fields in Belize through a 100% green mechanized harvest, after which it is transported to our local sugar mill. There, the sugarcane is processed before being sent to our brand-new refinery in Belize. The refined sugar is then stored in a warehouse, packed in 50-kilo bags, and shipped directly to our distribution hubs in Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica. From these key locations, we supply refined sugar efficiently to markets throughout the entire Caribbean region.

As part of our robust distribution platform, CSR maintains strategically located inventory across the Caribbean, including our main warehouse in Trinidad and additional sites throughout the region. This allows us to ensure timely and reliable delivery to all our clients.

To ensure consistent supply, we operate a dedicated vessel from Belize to Trinidad on a routine schedule. This means we’re not dependent on container lines, giving us full control over our logistics—and giving you peace of mind.
